中国钢研科技集团依托钢铁研究总院和冶金自动化研究设计院进行博士生、硕士生教育及博士后培养工作。

钢铁研究总院研究生教育概况

钢铁研究总院创建于1952年,是我国冶金行业最大的综合性权威研发机构。主要从事先进金属材料设计及制备、行业共性关键技术开发、应用技术研究与系统集成等。研发领域主要包括钢铁及其配套焊接材料、高温合金、金属功能材料、冶金流程工艺及装备技术、资源综合利用与节能环保技术、分析测试技术等。

钢铁研究总院研究生教育始于20世纪60年代。1978年我国恢复研究生招生后,钢铁研究总院是首批招收研究生和有权授予博士和硕士学位的科研院所之一。19828月成立研究生部,全面负责研究生的管理工作。1985年钢铁研究总院被全国博士后管委会批准建立博士后科研流动站,是国家首批建立博士后流动站的单位之一,并招收了我国第一位材料科学与工程的博士后。目前钢铁研究总院有2个博士后科研流动站,2个一级学科博士学位授权点,3个一级学科硕士学位授权点。现有博士生导师61人,硕士生导师76人。截止到20199月,钢铁研究总院共招收硕士生889名,博士生879名,博士后171名。

随着研究生规模不断扩大,研究生的管理工作也日趋规范和高效,建立了一整套较为完整的研究生培养与管理制度,研究生的综合素质不断提高。研究生院获得“北京市研究生招生工作先进集体”和“全国学位与研究生教育管理工作先进集体”称号。钢铁研究总院培养的博士生马鸣图获得国家教育委员会、国务院学位委员会授予的“做出突出贡献的中国博士、硕士学位获得者”荣誉称号;博士生尚家香的学位论文“金属界面复合体电子结构和能量学研究”获全国百篇优秀博士学位论文奖。

钢铁研究总院坚持“科技为先导、产业为支柱、人才为根本、创新为灵魂”的发展方针,建设一流的科技企业集团。研究生教育要以全面加强和提高学生质量为根本,培养“基础理论扎实、专业知识宽广”,具有“创新精神、创新能力、实践能力”的高层次应用型工程人才。积极创造良好的培养条件,使研究生教育成为我院高层次、高素质工程科技创新人才培养的重要基地。 

冶金自动化研究设计院研究生教育概况

冶金自动化研究设计院创建于1973年。目前在自动控制技术、计算机应用技术、高压变频技术及应用、高性能交流调速控制算法研究、检测技术与自动化装置等领域处于国内领先地位。并已形成了承接大型复杂自动化工程的综合能力,各类自动化工程及控制设备,广泛应用于冶金、建材、煤炭、化工、石油、电力等行业,成果卓越。

冶金自动化研究设计院的研究生教育起步较早,是我国1978年恢复高考制度后,首批招收研究生和具有硕士学位授予权的科研院所之一。1984年和1990年分别获得“控制理论与控制工程”、“检测技术与自动化装置”专业硕士学位授予权。2005年新增了“电力电子与电力传动”专业硕士学位授予权。“控制理论与控制工程”专业与中国科技大学联合招收博士生,在2001年建立了博士后工作站。截止到20199月,冶金自动化研究设计院共招生硕士研究生394人,博士生12人,博士后8人。

随着研究生队伍的不断发展,研究生的管理工作也日趋加强,逐步规范和完善了研究生培养与管理制度,研究生的培养质量不断提高。多年来,自动化院培养的研究生在不同的岗位上发挥了重要作用,目前许多人已成为冶金自动化研究设计院各类学科的带头人,成为新的研究生导师,成为冶金自动化研究设计院的领导骨干,他们将会不断为冶金自动化研究设计院的发展做出贡献。

面对科学技术飞速发展的今天,冶金自动化研究院坚持以人为本理念,培养和优化人才队伍。研究生教育要以全面加强和提高学生质量为根本,着重培养研究生的创新意识、创新能力、创业精神,积极创造良好的培养条件,办出特色,使研究生教育成为我院高层次、高素质工程技术创新人才培养的重要基地。

Graduate School of CISRI Group

China Iron & Steel Research Institute Group carry out doctoral and master's education and post-doctoral training though Central Iron and Steel Research Institute (CISRI) and Metallurgical Automation Research and Design Institute (ARIM).

 

Introduction to Graduate Education of CISRI

Central Iron and Steel Research Institute (CISRI) is the most reputable comprehensive research institute in metallurgical industry in China, established in 1952, which focuses on design and manufacture of advanced metal materials, development of industry key common technologies, research of application technologies, and system integration. Especially, R&D fields include iron and steel and matched welding materials, superalloy, metallic functional materials, metallurgical process and equipment technologies, comprehensive utilization of resources and energy-saving and environmental protection technology, analysis and testing technology and so on.

CISRI entered into graduate education in the 1960s. CISRI is one of the first research institutes that can recruit graduates and has right to confer master’s degree and doctor’s degree after graduate enrollment and postgraduate enrollment are recovered in 1978 in China. Graduate school of CRSRI was founded in August 1982, and responsible for the management of graduates. CISRI was approved to establish mobile station for postdoctoral research by National Post-doctoral Management Committee in 1985, and recruited the first postdoctoral student majored in materials science and engineering in China. At present, there are 2 mobile stations for postdoctoral research, 2 doctoral degree programs in the first-level disciplines, and 3 master degree programs in the first-level disciplines. There are 61 doctoral supervisors and 76 master tutors. Up to September 2019, 889 masters,879 doctors and 171 postdoctoral researchers have been recruited.

As the graduate scale expands unceasinglya complete set of graduate training and management system has been established and ensure to improve the comprehensive quality of graduate students. Graduate school of CISRI was awarded “Advanced Collectives of Beijing City for Graduate Student Recruitment” and “Advanced Collectives for National Degree and Graduate Education Administration”. Many graduate students obtained the honorary titles and rewards. For Example, Doctor Ma Ming-tu won the honorary titles of “Chinese Doctor and Master Degree Recipients with Outstanding Contributions”. The dissertation of Doctor Shang Jia-xiang gained “National Hundred Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award”.

CISRI adheres to the policy of development of “Science and technology as the guide, industry as the pillar, talent as a fundamental, innovation as soul”, and builds a first-level technology enterprise group. Graduate education should be based on strengthening and improving the quality of students in order to training high-level applied engineering personnel with “solid basic theory, broad professional knowledge” and “innovation spirit, innovation ability, practical ability”. Graduate school has become an important base for the cultivation of high-level and high-quality innovative talents in engineering field for CISRI and industries.

 

                            Introduction to Graduate Education of ARIM

Metallurgical Automation Research and Design InstituteARIM was founded in 1973. At present, it is in the leading position in the fields of automatic control technology, computer application technology, high-voltage frequency conversion technology and application, high-performance AC speed regulation control algorithm research, detection technology and automation device. And has formed a comprehensive ability to undertake large-scale and complex automation projects, various types of automation projects and control equipment, widely used in metallurgy, building materials, coal, chemical, petroleum, power and other industries, with outstanding results.

The graduate education of Metallurgical Automation Research and Design InstituteARIMstarted earlier. It is one of the first batch of research institutes to recruit graduate students and have the right to grant master's degree after the college entrance examination system was restored in 1978. In 1984 and 1990, he was awarded the master's degree of "control theory and control engineering" and "testing technology and automation device" respectively. In 2005, the right to confer master's degree in "power electronics and power transmission" was added. The major of "control theory and control engineering" and the University of science and technology of China jointly recruited doctoral students and established a postdoctoral workstation in 2001. As of September 2019, ARIM has enrolled 394 master degree students, 12 doctoral students and 8 postdoctoral students.

With the continuous development of the graduate team, the management of graduate students is also increasingly strengthened, and gradually standardized and improved the postgraduate training and management system, and the quality of postgraduate training continues to improve. Over the years, the graduate students trained by the Metallurgical Automation Research and Design InstituteARIMhave played an important role in different positions. At present, many of them have become the leaders of various disciplines in the institute, the new graduate tutors, and the leading backbone of the Institute. They will continue to make contributions to the development of the Institute.

In the face of the rapid development of science and technology, Metallurgical Automation Research and Design InstituteARIMadheres to the concept of people-oriented, training and optimizing the talent team. Postgraduate education should be based on strengthening and improving the quality of students in an all-round way, focusing on the cultivation of innovation awareness, innovation ability and entrepreneurship of graduate students, actively creating good training conditions and creating characteristics, so as to make graduate education an important base for the cultivation of high-level and high-quality engineering and technological innovation talents in our college.
